Do you want me to vacuum the area?
No, our cleaners will vacuum the area before starting the cleaning service.
Should you remove the the furniture before the service?
We would greatly appreciate it if you could relocate as much furniture as you can to allow our technicians to conduct thorough cleaning. We always enjoy shifting items that are manageable, but unfortunately, due to OH&S regulations, we cannot move large or heavy objects.
How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
The duration may differ based on factors like airflow, humidity levels, the type of carpet, etc. It generally takes
between 2 to 12 hours. Using your AC or opening windows can help expedite the process.
